​Kim has been with our company since 2009. She provides exceptional leadership and management of the HR Department, focusing on operational efficiency by managing the outcomes of all departmental activities. As the Human Resources Manager, Kim is responsible for the hiring, training, and supervision of our recruitment and training staff, our nursing staff, and also oversees the day to day operations of our Lynchburg office.
