Meet Our Team

Michelle has overseen the entire operation of our home care agency in Roanoke and Lynchburg since 2009. Together with her talented staff, she works tirelessly to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care with every Caregiver visit. She provides leadership and management of all departments including finance, staffing, human resources, client care, and marketing and is responsible for achievement of all operational goals. Michelle indeed has a servant’s heart and a real passion for helping our clients and their families. She’s also the glue that holds us all together, and we’d be lost without her!
