Meet Our Team

Rachel is originally from Lynchburg and graduated from Liberty University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Before becoming a nurse, Rachel worked as a Personal Care Caregiver for our company. Today, in her capacity as a Personal Care Coordinator, Rachel provides assessments and case management of clients who require personal care. She meets with potential clients to develop an initial plan of care and also with established clients to monitor their ongoing care plan. Rachel also provides the hands-on personal care portion of Caregiver training. She has been in her position since 2015 and loves helping the seniors in our community!
