Meet Our Team

​​Scott brings a depth of knowledge to the position of Marketing and Client Care Manager. He came to our company first as a Caregiver, having served as a family caregiver to his mother. Scott has served in various roles over time with us, including quality assurance and acting as a liaison between our home care agency and referral providers in the communities we serve.

As one of our managers, Scott is also a member of the Leadership Team. In this role, he develops sales and marketing plans and focuses on meeting, or exceeding, established goals.

During care consultations, Scott strives to determine each client’s specific needs and then creates a tailored service plan to ensure high-quality care. Scott also oversees the activities of an Admissions Coordinator, two Client Care Coordinators, and the Administrative Assistant in the Roanoke office. His knowledge of senior resources is comprehensive and almost as big as his heart!
